NVBIA PROMOTES PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND RECOGNITION THROUGH SEMINARS, WORKSHOPS, AND AWARD PROGRAMS. NVBIA ALSO PROVIDES NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES AT FORMAL AND INFORMAL SESSIONS TO EXCHANGE IDEAS AND CREATE OPPORTUNITIES TO DO MORE BUSINESS.
NVBIA'S PRIMARY MISSION TO THE REGIONAL BUILDING INDUSTRY IS TO FOCUS ON PROTECTING ITS MEMBERS' BUSINESS INTERESTS THROUGH EFFECTIVE LEGISLATIVE INITIATIVES, NETWORKING, AND POLITICAL ADVOCACY ON ALL LEVELS OF GOVERNMENT.
THE ASSOCIATION RECEIVES INCOME FROM MANAGING THE HOME AID OF NORTHERN VIRGINIA (HANV). NVBIA IS COMMITTED TO GIVING BACK, HELPING THE HOMELESS AND VULNERABLE IN NORTHERN VIRGINIA THROUGH OUR ASSOCIATION WITH HOME AID.
