MARYLAND ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM- PROVIDES ASSISTANCE FOR LOW INCOME CITIZENS, INCLUDING THE ELDERLY AND THE HANDICAPPED TOWARD PURCHASING ENERGY RESOURCES.
EARLY HEAD START- PROVIDES CHILD DEVELOPMENT PRE-SCHOOL CURRICULUM FOR YOUNG CHILDREN AND LOW INCOME FAMILIES. THE PROGRAM ALSO RECEIVES THE BENEFIT OF IN-KIND CONTRIBUTIONS.
COMMUNITY SERVICE BLOCK GRANT- PROVIDES HOUSING AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE. THE PROGRAM ALSO RECEIVES THE BENEFIT OF IN-KIND CONTRIBUTIONS.
