AS A FORUM TO INFORM THE PUBLIC OF ANTI-POVERTY EFFORTS THROUGHOUT THE STATE. IN ADDITION, THE CAP AGENCIES OFFICERS AND STAFF ARE AFFORDED THE OPPORTUNITY TO ATTEND TRAINING WORKSHOPS AND SEMINARS PRESENTED BY VARIOUS EXPERTS.
