FOR PARTICIPANTS, THE ANNUAL 6-MONTH JOURNEY FOCUSES ON THE CULTIVATION OF ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED BY PROFESSIONAL MUSICIANS IN AN ERA WHEN MUSIC MAKING FORMATS AND STRUCTURES ARE RAPIDLY SHIFTING.
