SEE SCHEDULE O. 24 UNITS OF HOUSING SERVING SENIOR CITIZENS UNDER SECTION 202 OF THE FEDERAL HOUSING ACT OF 1959. SERVICES, IN ADDITION TO HOUSING INCLUDE COMMUNITY MEAL SHARING, DAILY MEALS ON WHEELS DELIVERY, MONTHLY NON-PERISHABLE FOOD BOX DELIVERY, MONTHLY SEASONAL FRESH PRODUCE DELIVERY, VISITING NURSE PROGRAM, ON-SITE MOBILE LIBRARY WITH A RESIDENT COMPUTER, YOUTH VISITS, SOCIAL AND ACTIVITY PROGRAMS, MONTHLY SINGING ENTERTAINMENT AND REGULAR EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES FROM THE LOCAL AGENCY ON AGING. AN ON-SITE CASE MANAGER IS AVAILABLE WEEKLY TO ASSIST WITH RESIDENT NEEDS AND FOR NETWORKING WITH COMMUNITY SOCIAL SERVICES ORGANIZATIONS. ALSO THERE IS AN ON-SITE 'FREE' STORE OFFERING PERSONAL CARE AND LAUNDRY ITEMS FOR RESIDENTS.
