THE FOUNDATION DIRECTLY HOSTS: - THE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE, A YEAR-LONG PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM DESIGNED TO ENHANCE THE LEADERSHIP CAPACITY WITHIN AACPS EMPLOYEES THROUGH EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING AND GROUP PROJECTS. THE PROGRAM ENGAGES PARTICIPANTS IN MONTHLY SESSIONS TO CULTIVATE COLLABORATIVE LEADERS AND ENHANCE PARTNERSHIPS BETWEEN THE SCHOOL SYSTEM AND BUSINESS SECTOR. - A VARIETY OF FUNDRAISING EVENTS INCLUDING THE EMPLOYEE GIVING CAMPAIGN, NETWORKING BREAKFAST WITH THE SUPERINTENDENT, AND ANCHORS AWEIGH.
