NACM'S MISSION IS TO POSITION BUSINESS CREDIT PROFESSIONALS FOR SUCCESS THROUGH PROFESSIONAL CONTINUING EDUCATION, INFORMATION, AND SERVICES THAT SUPPORT NACM MEMBERS WHILE SETTING STANDARDS OF EXCELLENCE IN BUSINESS CREDIT AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT.

CONFERENCES AND MEETINGS IS NACM'S LARGEST REVENUE STREAM. MEETINGS INCLUDE THE ANNUAL CREDIT CONGRESS AND EXPOSITION CONVENTION, WHICH IS THE NATION'S LARGEST GATHERING OF BUSINESS CREDIT PROFESSIONALS. OTHER MEETINGS INCLUDE A EUROPEAN SUMMIT AND EXPOSITION THAT FOCUSES ON CHALLENGES FOR INTERNATIONAL CREDIT PROFESSIONALS AND OTHER SEMINARS AND CONFERENCES. NACM ALSO ORGANIZES SPECIALIZED WORKSHOPS, ROUNDTABLE EVENTS, ONLINE TRAINING COURSES AND AUDIO TELECONFERENCES/WEBINARS TO EDUCATE MEMBERS ON ALL ASPECTS OF COMMERCIAL CREDIT, INCLUDING ECONOMIC FACTORS IMPACTING CREDIT, LAWS AND REGULATIONS, NEGOTIATIONS, BEST PRACTICES AND FINANCIAL ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION.


MEMBERSHIP: BUSINESSES THAT EXTEND COMMERCIAL TRADE CREDIT JOIN NACM AND APPOINT A REPRESENTATIVE OF THEIR CREDIT DEPARTMENT OR CREDIT OPERATION AS THE MEMBER REPRESENTATIVE. MEMBERSHIPS ARE ALSO OFFERED BY NACM'S FINANCE, CREDIT AND INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS ASSOCIATION (FCIB) AND NACM'S CREDIT AND FINANCIAL DEVELOPMENT DIVISION (CFDD).


EDUCATIONAL COURSES & PROGRAMS: EDUCATIONAL COURSES AND PROGRAMS INCLUDE REVENUES FROM NACM'S GRADUATE SCHOOL OF CREDIT & FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT (GSCFM) AND SPECIALTY COURSES THAT SUPPORT BUSINESS CREDIT PROFESSIONALS SUCH AS BUSINESS CREDIT PRINCIPLES, BASIC FINANCIAL STATEMENT ANALYSIS, INTERMEDIATE FINANCIAL STATEMENT ANALYSIS, BUSINESS LAW AND CREDIT LAW. IN ADDITION, NACM OFFERS SELF STUDY AND ONLINE COURSES, AND HOSTS AN ONLINE CREDIT LEARNING CENTER. EDUCATIONAL COURSES AND PROGRAMS ALSO SUPPORT FOUR NATIONAL NACM PROFESSIONAL DESIGNATIONS AND TWO GLOBALLY RECOGNIZED FCIB PROFESSIONAL DESIGNATIONS.
