STUDENT/PARTNER ALLIANCE (S/PA) SUPPORTS LOW-INCOME, INNER-CITY HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS WITH SCHOLARSHIPS AND MENTORS AT FIVE COLLEGE PREPARATORY SCHOOLS IN THE GREATER NEWARK AND JERSEY CITY AREA. S/PA SUPPORTS STUDENTS OF ALL RACES AND RELIGIONS AND THE AVERAGE ANNUAL INCOME OF THEIR FAMILIES IS BELOW $45,000. LAST ACADEMIC YEAR S/PA SUPPORTED 180 STUDENTS. OVER THE PAST NINE YEARS, 100% OF S/PA SUPPORTED STUDENTS HAVE GRADUATED HIGH SCHOOL AND CONTINUED WITH HIGHER EDUCATION.
