EDUCATION PROGRAM TO FACILITATE NATIONAL AWARENESS OF THE NEEDS OF HOMELESS VETERANS AND ENCOURAGE FINANCIAL AND VOLUNTEER SUPPORT, AND COORDINATED, WELL-RESOURCED EFFORTS AT THE LOCAL LEVEL FOR HOMELESS VETERAN RELIEF AND ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS. OPERATE TOLL-FREE REFERRAL LINE TO CONNECT VETERANS IN A HOUSING CRISIS TO OPPORTUNITIES TO OBTAIN HOUSING, SHELTER, EMPLOYMENT, FINANCIAL, LEGAL, FOOD AND OTHER ASSISTANCE IN THEIR COMMUNITY.
TRAINING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE CONDUCT DIRECT TRAININGS ON IMPROVING COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS AND LANDLORD ENGAGEMENT TO ACCELERATE EFFORTS TO END VETERAN HOMELESSNESS.
