THE PURPOSE OF THE WASHINGTON ADVENTIST HOSPITAL FOUNDATION, D/B/A ADVENTIST HEALTHCARE WHITE OAK MEDICAL CENTER FOUNDATION IS TO PROVIDE PHILANTHROPIC SUPPORT TO THE WORK AND MISSION OF ADVENTIST HEALTHCARE, INC., D/B/A ADVENTIST HEALTHCARE WHITE OAK MEDICAL CENTER BY ENCOURAGING THE COMMUNITY TO SUPPORT THE MANY SERVICES AND PROGRAMS NECESSARY FOR THE HOSPITAL TO MEET THE HEALTHCARE NEEDS OF OUR COMMUNITY. DONATIONS ARE GENERATED THROUGH THE CULTIVATION OF MAJOR GIFTS, CAPITAL CAMPAIGNS, AN ANNUAL GIVING PROGRAM THAT INCLUDES EMPLOYEE GIVING AND SPECIAL EVENTS, SUCH AS OUR ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT.
