BY EXPLORING GEOGRAPHICAL PROGRAM EXPANSION AND FOCUSING ON QUALITY OUTCOME MEASURES, APIS CREATES COST SAVINGS THAT RESULT IN REINVESTMENT INTO THE ORGANIZATIONS' STAKEHOLDERS THROUGH CAPACITY CREATION AND EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION BETTERMENTS.
