THE INSTITUTE FOR LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT & RESEARCH (THE INSTITUTE) STRIVES TO BE THE PREEMINENT INSTITUTION FOR RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OF AFRICAN AMERICANS IN THE CORPORATE WORLD. THE INSTITUTE PROVIDES EXECUTIVE-LEVEL SEMINARS, PEER MENTORING, COACHING, AND NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES WITH TOP CORPORATE EXECUTIVES AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT TRAINING.
THE ELC'S SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMS OFFER HIGH-PERFORMING COLLEGE STUDENTS SCHOLARSHIPS AWARDS, INTERNSHIPS, MENTORING, AND UNIQUE ACCESS TO ELC MEMBERS, THEIR COMPANIES, AND STRATEGIC PARTNERS.
