OFFERED CV, COVER LETTER, AND INTERVIEW PREPARATION CONSULTATION FOR BOTH GROUPS AND INDIVIDUALS AS THEY PREPARED FOR SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE SEARCHES. CONDUCTED THE TENTH CLASS OF THE SENIOR LEADERSHIP ACADEMY (SLA): A YEAR-LONG PROGRAM TO PREPARE ADMINISTRATORS FOR CABINET POSITIONS IN HIGHER EDUCATION WITH CIC. CONDUCTED THE TENTH CLASS FOR PUBLIC AND PRIVATE HIGHER EDUCATION ADMINISTRATORS OF THE EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP ACADEMY: A YEAR- LONG PROGRAM TO PREPARE CABINET OFFICERS FOR PRESIDENCIES WITH CIC AND AASCU. AMERICAN ASSOCIATION OF STATE COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES - NEW PRESIDENTS ACADEMY (NPA) - EACH YEAR THE AASCU NEW PRESIDENTS ACADEMY HELPS ABOUT 25 NEW PRESIDENTS AND CHANCELLORS TO SUCCESSFULLY TRANSITION INTO THE PRESIDENCY AND TO SUCCESSFULLY NAVIGATE THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FIRST 500 DAYS IN OFFICE. AALI FUNDS SUPPORT HONORARIA AND TRAVEL EXPENSES FOR THE NPA FACULTY ALLOWING AASCU TO CONTINUE OFFERING THIS PROGRAM KNOWN FOR ITS QUALITY AND RELEVANCE AT A REASONABLE COST TO PARTICIPANTS.
