THE ORGANIZATION HELD AN IN-PERSON EVENT ON MARCH 11-13, 2023, IN LOUISVILLE, KY. 175 MEMBERS ATTENDED. MEMBER INFORMATION WAS AVAILABLE FOR ALL STATES IN OUR REGION ALONG WITH GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS INFORMATION AND ACTIONS. ADDITIONALLY, OUR ORGANIZATION HELD A NETWORKING EVENT ON MARCH 11, 2023 WHERE UPCOMING EVENTS, GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS AND Q&A WAS DISCUSSED.
AN INDUSTRY IN-PERSON EVENT WAS HELD JUNE 11-13, 2023. BUSINESS ROUNDTABLES WERE HELD WHICH DISCUSSED TOPICS INCLUDING: HUMAN RESOURCES AND STAFFING, GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS AND LEGISLATIVE UPDATES, THE FUTURE OF THE INDUSTRY, AND BEST PRACTICES. CERTIFICATION COURSE WAS ALSO HELD FOR RETAIL EMPLOYEES. THERE WERE ALSO CEUS COURSES HELD FOR BUILDING OFFICIALS, HOME INSPECTORS AND AHJS IN NEW ENGLAND AND NEW YORK. ADDITIONALLY, DISTRIBUTORS & MANUFACTURERS HELD EDUCATIONAL DEALER MEETINGS ON UPCOMING AND NEW PRODUCT LINES. THERE WAS ALSO AN OUTDOOR PRODUCTS SHOWCASE FOR DEALERS TO VIEW PRODUCTS.
