ST. AGNES FOUNDATION, INC. IS ORGANIZED AND OPERATES EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC, EDUCATIONAL, AND RELIGIOUS PURPOSES OF FOSTERING THE MISSION OF SAINT AGNES HEALTHCARE, INC. AND ASCENSION HEALTH BY SUPPORTING THE COMPASSIONATE, PERSONALIZED CARE FOR ALL THROUGH FUNDRAISING AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT OF THE FOUNDATION. IN ORDER TO FURTHER ST. AGNES HEALTHCARE'S MISSION OF PROVIDING QUALITY HEALTHCARE AND SERVING THE POOR AND VULNERABLE, THE SAINT AGNES FOUNDATION PROVIDES FUNDING TO SUPPORT SAINT AGNES HEALTHCARE'S GREATEST NEEDS SUCH AS PATIENT NAVIGATIONAL SERVICES, COMMUNITY BASED SERVICES AND PROGRAMS, CLINICAL TRAINING, AND ROBUST PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT, FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT EFFORTS.
