WITH THE SUPPORT OF GENEROUS PHILANTHROPIC PARTNERS, WHETHER A GRATEFUL PATIENT, BOARD MEMBER, CLINICIAN, OR EMPLOYEE, ASCENSION SAINT AGNES WILL CONTINUE TO CHANGE THE LIVES OF THOSE WE SERVE BECAUSE OF YOUR SUPPORT. IN PARTNERSHIP WITH OUR PHILANTHROPIC INVESTORS, THE ASCENSION SAINT AGNES FOUNDATION PROVIDES FUNDING TO SUPPORT THE HOSPITALS GREATEST NEEDS SUCH AS PATIENT NAVIGATIONAL SERVICES, COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICES AND PROGRAMS, CLINICAL TRAINING, AND ROBUST PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT, FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT EFFORTS. UNDERSTANDING THE MANY ASPECTS OF LIFE THAT IMPACT ONE'S HEALTH, ASCENSION SAINT AGNES AND THE FOUNDATION ARE COMMITTED TO IMPROVING THE OVERALL WELL-BEING OF THE COMMUNITIES AND PEOPLE WE ARE SO PRIVILEGED TO SERVE.
