IN CALENDAR YEAR 2023- TWO HOMES WERE UNDER CONSTRUCTION TO BE SOLD TO QUALIFYING INDIVIDUALS. ONE HOMEOWNERS HOME WAS FORECLOSED ON BY THE BANK AND THEN LATER SOLD IN 2023.
