THE CHURCHILL ROAD PTA SUPPORTS THE SCHOOL'S EFFORTS TO EDUCATE CHILDREN BUILD CHARACTER AND NURTURE A SUPPORTIVE LEARNING COMMUNITY INVOLVING FAMILY MEMBERS AND SCHOOL PERSONNEL.

Part 3

AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVATES OFFER AN ARRAY OF CLUB TO SIMULATE NEW INTEREST AND PROVIDE ADDITIONAL EXPOSURE FOR CRS STUDENT ACROSS SEVERAL DISCIPLINES. THESE CLUBS PROVIDE ACCESS TO ACADEMIC ENRICHMENT PHYSICAL WELLNESS ACTIVITIES VISUAL AND PERFORMING ARTS TECHNOLOGY PROFICIENCY AND GENERAL LIFE SKILLS. THE SCHOOL ALSO HOLDS CAMPS DURING THE SUMMER. EXAMPLES OF CLUBS INCLUDE: SCIENCE OLYMPIAD MATH COUNTS MINECRAFT PROGRAMING FLAG FOOTBALL CHESS CLUB AND OTHER PROGRAMING THAT SUPPORTS THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE WHOLE CHILD. EXAMPLES OF CAMPS INCLUDE: CHESS WELLNESS GARDENING ART MUSICAL THEATER AND STEM


EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS SUPPORT A RANGE OF ACTIVITIES THAT IMPACT STUDENTS AND STAFF THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE CRS SCHOOL COMMUNITY. THESE PROGRAMS BENEFIT STUDENTS AT EVERY GRADE LEVEL; AND ADDRESS THE NEEDS OF STUDENTS WHO ARE ACADEMICALLY ADVANCED AS WELL AS STUDENTS THAT EXPERIENCE A RANGE OF EDUCATIONAL CHALLENGES.


SCHOOL STAFF SUPPORT ALLOWS A FOCUS ON STAFF DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE AND RECOGNITION; ONE-TIME AMENITY ENHANCEMENTS; AND A VARIABLE APPROPRIATIONS PROCESS THAT FULFILLS THE ADDITIONAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS OF OUR STUDENT BODY AND BROADER CRS COMMUNITY.
