TO DO THIS IT DEVELOPS AND MANAGES SUCH HUMANITIES BASED PROGRAMS AS MARYLAND HISTORY DAY, ONE MARYLAND ONE BOOK AND MUSEUM ON MAIN STREET, AND IT ALSO PROVIDES GRANTS TO NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS.
