THE ACTIVITIES OF THE CORPORATION SHALL INCLUDE THE NONPARTISAN, COMMUNITY BASED MISSION OF EDUCATING AND INFORMING THE PUBLIC AND DECISION MAKERS ON THE IMPORTANCE OF VALID NUCLEAR TRIAD AND STRATEGIC WEAPONS.

THE STRATEGIC DETERRENT COALITION WAS CREATED IN 2013. INCORPORATED IN NEW MEXICO, ITS CHARTER, BY-LAWS AND MISSION STATEMENT WAS ADOPTED. APPROVAL WAS RECEIVED IN 2014 AS A 501(C)(3) PUBLIC CHARITY.OUR PROGRAM EFFORTS RETURNED TO NORMAL IN 2022 WITH A MID-WINTER BOARD OF DIRECTORS/BOARD OF REGENTS WORKSHOP, HELD IN WASHINGTON D.C. SIMILAR TO PRIOR EVENTS, THE PROGRAM INCLUDED POLICY EXPERTS DISCUSSING STRATEGIC DETERRENCE, MISSILE DEFENSE, AND TRIAD MODERNIZATION. WE ALSO PLANNED AND EXECUTED A SUCCESSFUL IN-PERSON ANNUAL SYMPOSIUM IN GROTON, CT IN MAY WITH NEARLY 200 PARTICIPANTS WHICH EDUCATED ATTENDEES ON RELEVANT CRITICAL ACTIVITIES AND HUMAN CAPITAL INITIATIVES AND SUCCESSES. OUR SUPPORT TO LOCAL EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS SAW INCREASED SUPPORT THROUGH OUR SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM. WE CONTINUED EFFICIENT OPERATIONS AND OVERSIGHT OF THE WORK OF THE ICBM CONTRACTORS ORGANIZATION PROVIDING INSIGHT INTO USG POLICY AND DECISIONS REGARDING THE NATION'S STRATEGIC FORCES.
