TMF WORKS WITH THE CENTERS FOR MEDICARE AND MEDICAID SERVICES (CMS) TO PROTECT MEDICARE PATIENT RIGHTS AND IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF HEALTH CARE THROUGH REGIONAL QUALITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS.
TMF PERFORMS MEDICAL RECORD REVIEW OF TEXAS MEDICAID PROVIDERS TO DETERMINE MEDICAL NECESSITY AND COMPLIANCE WITH MEDICAID POLICIES. TMF ALSO PROVIDES THE MEDICAL AND DENTAL DIRECTORS RESPONSIBLE FOR PERFORMING PRE-AUTHORIZATION AND MEDICAL AND DENTAL RECORD REVIEWS.
TMF WORKS WITH THE CENTER FOR MEDICARE AND MEDICAID INNOVATION AND THEIR CONTRACTOR TO SUPPORT THE COMPREHENSIVE PRIMARY CARE INITIATIVE BY PROVIDING AND MANAGING A NATIONAL LEARNING NETWORK COMPRISED OF SEVEN REGIONS AND FACILITATING MULTI-STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT IN EACH REGION.
