LITIGATION CONCERNING A NUMBER OF UNLAWFUL DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS THROUGHOUT QUEEN ANNE'S COUNTY THAT WOULD HAVE DETRIMENTAL EFFECTS ON THE AGRICULTURAL, RURAL CHARACTER AND ENVIRONMENT OF THE REGION. IN MANY CASES THE LITIGATION UNDERTAKEN BY QACA HAS THE POTENTIAL FOR PRECEDENT SETTING LOCAL AND STATEWIDE LEGAL IMPACTS.


ADVOCACY AND EDUCATION PROVIDING INFORMATION, ANALYSIS AND INFORMED GUIDANCE TO QUEEN ANNE'S COUNTY CITIZENS AND PUBLIC OFFICIALS RELATED TO LAND USE REGULATIONS AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENTS WITHIN QUEEN ANNE'S COUNTY.
