ENGAGED IN COLLECTIVE BARGAINING OF THE SCHOOL DISTRICT'S MASTER CONTRACT, UNDER CHAPTER 447, FLORIDA STATUTES, TO ENSURE FAIR COMPENSATION, REASONABLE PERFORMANCE STANDARDS, AND CLEAR ARTICULATION OF EMPLOYEE RIGHTS FOR 1,570 INSTRUCTIONAL PUBIC EDUCATION EMPLOYEES.
PROVIDED PROFESSIONAL STAFF REPRESENTATION OF UNION MEMBERS DURING ADMINISTRATIVE MEETINGS WITH MANAGEMENT, ARRANGED FOR LEGAL REPRESENTATION WHEN WARRANTED, AND ENSURED CONTRACT MAINTENANCE THROUGH TIMELY FILING OF GRIEVANCES WHEN THE CONTRACT WAS VIOLATED, OR STATUTES WERE NOT FOLLOWED.
