- DURING 2021, RASAYANA CONTINUED TO MANAGE THE BOULEVARD, CA PROPERTIES IT MAINTAINS AND CONTINUED TO MAKE INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS ON THE OUTSTANDING ORIGINAL LOAN FOR THE BOULEVARD, CA PROPERTY AT 1585 JEWEL VALLEY ROAD. RASAYANA ALSO CONTINUED TO SUPPORT TENANT NEW BEING PROJECT WITH ITS SUSTAINABILITY PROGRAM AT THE BOULEVARD PROPERTIES, INCLUDING VISITING TEACHER GUEST QUARTERS ON THE 1521 JEWEL VALLEY ROAD. ALL OF THESE IMPROVEMENTS WERE PAID FOR BY TENANT NEW BEING PROJECT (501C3, IRS DESIGNATED CHURCH), PER AGREEMENT, OR BY GRANTS MADE TO RASAYANA BY NEW BEING PROJECT.- IN MARCH-APRIL 2021, RASAYANA ENTERED INTO A LEASE-TO-PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR THE RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY AT 5709 LAKE VISTA DRIVE, BONSALL, CA 92003, OWNED BY MR. CAIN BALJIAN. THE PROPERTY WAS SUB-LET TO NEW BEING PROJECT FOR ITS USE AS A YOGA PRACTITIONERS HOUSE.
