CANTINAS DANCE - THE RISING ARTIST MENTORSHIP PROGRAM WAS AN INTENSIVE PROGRAM THAT PROVIDED ACCESS TO MENTORS AND OTHER ARTISTS IN A NURTURING SPACE THAT ALLOWS THEM TO FOCUS ON HONING THEIR CRAFT AND CONTINUE TO EXPRESS THEIR TALENTS IN A SPIRITUALLY ELEVATED SURROUNDING. THE FOUNDATION EMPLOYED FULL TIME, PART TIME, AND INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STAFF--ALL LEADERS IN THE ARTS & ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY--WHO SEEK TO INSPIRE WITH MEANINGFUL PERFORMANCES AND ARE COMMITTED TO DEVELOPING THE NEXT GENERATION OF DANCERS THROUGH HIGH-CALIBER WORKSHOPS AND TARGETED COMMUNITY SERVICE PROGRAMS.

THE FOUNDATION EMPLOYED A DIRECTOR AND MUSICIANS WHO WORKED TO DEVELOP AND ADVOCATE FOR ARTISTS, EMPOWERING THEM TO CREATE ART THAT IMPACTS BROADER CULTURE.
CANTINAS RANCH CAMP AND LAND THE FOUNDATION WAS ULTIMATELY UNABLE TO BUILD THE CAMP IT HAD ORIGINALLY ENVISIONED AND THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS VOTED TO LIST THE LAND FOR SALE. THE FOUNDATION WAS ABLE TO SELL ONE PARCEL IN 2021 AND THE REMAINING PARCELS ARE AWAITING SALE.
