TO PROVIDE A FORUM OFFERING LOCAL CITIZENS AN OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN RADIO PRODUCTION AND STATION OPERATION SKILLS IN ORDER TO SHARE KNOWLEDGE INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO A VARIETY OF MUSICAL GENRES, LITERARY READINGS OF COMMUNITY EVENTS,AND TO FURTHER THE QUALITY OF LIFE IN THE COMMUNITY AND ITS SUSTAINABILITY BY OFFERING THE FORUM FOR INFORMATION SHARING AND COLLABORATION WITH OTHER LOCAL NON PROFITS.
