THE GOAL OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO RAISE FUNDS THROUGH A HOSTED GYMNASTICS MEET EVERY FEBRUARY TO HELP OFFSET THE COST OF GYMNAST ATHLETE FEES EACH YEAR. EACH YEAR THE BOOSTER CLUB INVOICES ANTICIPATED ATHLETE FEES TO COVER ALL MEET RELATED EXPENSES, AND AFTER WE HOST OUR MEET, WE REIMBURSE FAMILIES BASED ON THE PROFITABILTY OF OUR MEET.

IN AN EFFORT TO INCREASE FUNDRAISING, THE BOOSTER CLUB ADDED AN ADDITIONAL MEET IN 2023. THE MEET IS CALLED GO FOR GOLD AND WE HAD OUR FIRST ANNUAL MEET THIS FALL. IN ADDITION TO THIS MEET WE HELD OUR THIRD ANNUAL CANDY APPLE INVITE, WHICH WE HAVE SEEN OUR ENROLLMENT DOUBLE THIS YEAR VS. LAST YEAR. IN ADDITION TO OUR HOSTED MEETS, WE HAVE MANY FUNDRAISERS PLANNED THROUGHOUT OUR FISCAL YEAR IN AN EFFORT TO REIMBURSE AS MUCH MONEY AS POSSIBLE TO OUR ELIGIBLE FAMILIES, WHICH IS THE ULTIMATE GOAL OF THE BOOSTER CLUB.
FOR OUR FISCAL YEAR JULY 2022 THROUGH JUNE 2023, MIDWEST GYMNASTICS BOOSTER CLUB PUT IN TWO GYMNASTICS COMPETITIONS AND INCURRED SOME ADVERTISING COSTS.
