THE ORGANIZATION SEEKS TO IMPROVE THE PAY, BENEFITS AND WORKING CONDITIONS OF STATE EMPLOYEES, AND TO SUPPORT PUBLIC POLICIES THAT PROMOTE EFFECTIVE PUBLIC SERVICES IN THE STATE OF TEXAS THROUGH ADVOCACY AND POLITICAL ACTION BY MEMBERS.
