FUNDING FOR WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF BUILDING A STRONGER WORKFORCE IN THE GREATER RICHMOND AREA THROUGH PARTNERSHIPS WITH CITIES, SCHOOL SYSTEMS, CORPORATIONS, CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE, TRADE ASSOCIATIONS, AND OTHERS, ASSISTING THEM IN DESIGING EFFECTIVE BUSINESS-EDUCATION PARTNERSHIPS, EMPLOYEE RECRUITMENT AND MENTORING PROGRAMS, WORKPLACE FLEXIBILITY POLICIES, AND MORE.
