CHCMI WORKED WITH 38 LOCAL AGENCIES AND 59 NATIONAL AGENCIES TO INCREASE HEALTH AWARENESS AND PROVIDE SERVICES. CHCMI MADE CONTACT WITH OVER 6,966 PEOPLE AND COVERED 33 EVENTS TO ADVANCE HEALTH EDUCATION AND PROVIDE CONNECTIONS TO OUR AGENCIES SERVICES. DURING THE FISCAL YEAR 2015 THE ORGANIZATION COLLECTED AND DISTRIBUTED CONTRIBUTIONS TO MEMBER AGENCIES: DISTRIBUTED $184,227 TO MEMBER AGENCIES AND PROVIDED SUPPORT SERVICES.
