MULTIPLE HOURS OF RESEARCH TIME ON A CONTINUAL BASIS BY HEALTH AND SAFETY COMMITTEE MEMBERS TO IMPROVE SAFE AND HEALTHY WORKING CONDITIONS, 4 QUARTERLY MEETINGS TO DISCUSS UNION ACTIVITY AND GATHER INFORMATION FOR IMPROVED WORKING CONDITIONS, 4 QUARTERLY MEETINGS BY THE NEGOTIATIONS COMMITTEE TO DISCUSS ITEMS TO BE BROUGHT UP IN THE NEXT CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS CYCLE.
