OUR EXPERIENCED AND DEDICATED PROFESSIONALS ARE COMMITTED TO IMPROVING CLIENTS' QUALITY OF LIFE AND ASSISTING IN THEIR RECOVERY.

COMMUNITY SUPPORT PROGRAMS - THRIVE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH'S COMMUNITY SUPPORT PROGRAMS PROVIDE A COORDINATED SYSTEM OF CARE FOR ADULTS WITH SERIOUS AND PERSISTENT MENTAL ILLNESS, ENABLING INDIVIDUALS TO MAINTAIN PSYCHIATRIC STABILITY, A QUALITY LIFE IN THE COMMUNITY, AND ULTIMATELY TO ACHIEVE THEIR OWN PERSONAL RECOVERY. SERVICES INCLUDE PSYCHIATRIC, MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE USE COUNSELING, AND CASE MANAGEMENT DESIGNED TO MEET THE NEEDS OF EACH INDIVIDUAL CLIENT; ON-GOING ASSESSMENT SERVICES, ADVOCACY AND DAILY LIVING AND VOCATIONAL SKILLS TRAINING; CRISIS ASSESSMENT AND INTERVENTION SERVICES; GROUP HOMES AND SUPERVISED APARTMENTS; A PSYCHIATRIC REHAB PROGRAM BASED ON A CLUBHOUSE MODEL CERTIFIED BY THE INTERNATIONAL COMMITTEE ON CLUBHOUSE DEVELOPMENT (ICCD) THAT PROVIDES VOCATIONAL AND SOCIAL SUPPORTS; AND A COURT CLINIC WHERE COURT-BASED CLINICIANS EVALUATE THE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH STATUS OF INDIVIDUALS THAT PRESENT BEFORE THE COURT, WITH A PRIORITY GIVEN TO VETERANS, AND RECOMMEND APPROPRIATE TREATMENT RATHER THAN INCARCERATION.
HOUSING SERVICES - AS A FEDERAL "HOUSING AUTHORITY", THRIVE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH ADMINISTERS A MAINSTREAM HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER PROGRAM FORPEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AND IS ALSO A CERTIFIED SPONSORING AGENCY FORRHODE ISLAND HOUSING'S ROADHOME RENTAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM.THROUGH THE CONTINUUM OF CARE GRANTS AND THE COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT TOBENEFIT HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS, THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES OUTREACH,PLACEMENT AND SUPPORTIVE SERVICES FOR HOMELESS PERSONS.ADDITIONALLY, THRIVE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AND ITS SUBSIDIARY COMPANIESDEVELOP, OWN AND MANAGE APARTMENTS AND HOUSES THAT ARE AVAILABLE FORRENT BY THRIVE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CLIENTS, AS WELL AS THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
YOUTH AND FAMILY SERVICES - A FULL RANGE OF SPECIALIZED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED UNDER A "FAMILY-CENTERED" TREATMENT APPROACH TO CHILDREN AND YOUTH WHO FACE EMOTIONAL OR BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CHALLENGES, OR WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED TRAUMA. THIS TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY VIEWS THE ENTIRE FAMILY AS THE CLIENT AND THE TREATMENT MAY BE PROVIDED IN THE HOME OR COMMUNITY, AS WELL AS, IN THE TRADITIONAL OFFICE SETTING.
