THE MISSION OF AURORA DOWNTOWN IS TO DO ALL THINGS NECESSARY TO RELIEVE POVERTY AND COMBAT COMMUNITY DETERIORATION BY IMPROVING, REDEVELOPING, AIDING AND ASSISTING BUSINESS ENTERPRISES AND PERSONS WITHIN THE GEOGRAPHIC BOUNDARIES DESCRIBED BY CITY OF AURORA ORDINANCE.
