OPERATES A PROGRAM TO PROMOTE OCCUPATIONAL AND CHARACTER TRAINING FOR YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE CHRISTIAN CHURCH TO BE USEFUL CITIZENS AND TO ENGAGE IN CHRISTIAN SERVICE. YOUNG PERSONS VOLUNTEER TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO CHURCH MEMBERS, BUSINESSES AND OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES. DURING 2021 THE ORGANIZATION'S VOLUNTEERS PARTICIPATED IN FOOD SERVICE AT SEVERAL SPORTS STADIUMS IN PORTLAND AND PROVIDED TO SERVICES FOR DEMOLITION, YARD WORK, PAINTING AND CLEANING. THE VOLUNTEERS ARE REQUIRED TO FOLLOW CHURCH GUIDELINES OF RESPONSIBILITY, INCLUDING A REQUIREMENT THAT THEY REPRESENT PIVOT POINT WITH A PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE AND CHRISTIAN ATTITUDE AND SPIRIT, THAT THEY CANNOT BE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DRUGS OR ALCOHOL, AND THAT THEY CANNOT ENGAGE IN SEXUAL HARASSMENT.
