ST. FRANCIS APARTMENTS PROVIDES QUALITY, INDEPENDENT LIVING FACILITY FOR SENIORS 62 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER. WE CONTINUE TO OFFER EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ALL OF OUR TENANTS. WE CELEBRATE THE GREAT REPUTATION WE HAVE BUILT IN THE SENIOR HOUSING COMMUNITY AND ARE PROUD OF THIS CONTINUED SUCCESS. THE AVERAGE AGE OF OUR TENANTS IS 85 YEARS OF AGE WITH THE AVERAGE LENGTH OF OCCUPANCY AT 6 YEARS. WE HAVE MAINTAINED A 97% OCCUPANCY LEVEL.
