PATIENTS PAY A SLIDING SCALE FEE BASED ON HOUSEHOLD INCOME AS INDICATED IN POVERTY GUIDELINES PROVIDED BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES - WHOSE GUIDELINES ARE UPDATED ANNUALLY.
