EARLY CHILDHOOD INITIATIVES - THE IT TAKES A VILLAGE INITIATIVE PROVIDES TRAINING FOR CHILDCARE PROVIDERS, OFFERS PRESCHOOL SCHOLARSHIPS, AND PROMOTES SOCIAL AND EMOTIONAL HEALTH OF PRESCHOOLERS. THE EARLY CHILDHOOD TASK FORCE IS A WORKING GROUP OF EARLY CHILDHOOD SERVICE PROVIDERS, EARLY CHILDHOOD AGENCY REPRESENTATIVES, PARENTS AND CHILDCARE PROVIDERS THAT MEET MONTHY TO COORDINATE, PLAN, REFER, AND NETWORK.
COMMUNITY AND PARENT SERVICES OFFERS FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO LOW INCOME FAMILIES, RESOURCE REFERRAL SERVICES, COMMUNITY EVENTS AND TRAINING, SUBSTANCE ABUSE PREVENTION, AND PARENTING EDUCATION.
