REFERRAL PROGRAMS WERE ESTABLISHED WITH OTHER NOT-FOR-PROFIT AND GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATIONS. APPROXIMATELY 204 CLIENTS ARE SERVED ANNUALLY. SERVICE TO CLIENTS INCLUDED PROVIDING APPROPRIATE BUSINESS CLOTHING, AS WELL AS, ONGOING SUPPORT. ONGOING SUPPORT PROVIDED BY MONTHLY PROFESSIONAL WOMEN'S GROUP MEETINGS (PWG MEETINGS). THE PWG MEETINGS PROVIDE CLIENTS WITH DINNER, A SPEAKER AND THE OPPORTUNITY TO "SHOP" (AT NO COST) FOR ADDITIONAL CLOTHING. SPEAKERS VOLUNTEER FROM THE COMMUNITY TO SPEAK ON A RANGE OF TOPICS; FOR EXAMPLE, CREATING RESUMES, INTERVIEWING, DEALING WITH ISSUES IN THE WORKPLACE, AND AN ANNUAL CAREER FAIR. THE NUMBER OF CLIENTS WHO ATTEND MONTHLY PWG MEETING AVERAGES BETWEEN 20-25. EXPENSES ARE REPORTED ON THE CASH BASIS.
