THE FUNCTION OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO WORK TOWARDS THE EXPANSION OF THE SOUTHWEST PASSAGE. THE SOUTHWEST PASSAGE IS A CORRIDOR 50 MILES ON EITHER SIDE OF THE US HIGHWAY 54 BETWEEN WICHITA, KS AND EL PASO, TX. THIS ACTIVITY WILL ENHANCE THE MOVEMENT OF PEOPLE, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES IN A SAFE AND TIMELY MANNER. THIS WILL BENEFIT ALL STATES, COUNTIES AND COMMUNITIES IN THE CORRIDOR.
