MEMBERSHIP ORGANIZATION OF REALTORS IN LAWRENCE, KANSAS. WE SUPPORT OUR MEMBERSHIP BY PROVIDING THE SERVICES NECESSARY TO ENHANCE THE LEVEL OF REALTOR PROFESSIONALISM, INTEGRITY, PROFITABILITY, AND SUCCESS, WHILE PROMOTING A POSITIVE REALTOR IMAGE. WE PROVIDE OUR MEMBERS STANDARD FORMS AND CONTRACTS. THESE FORMS ARE REVIEWED BY LEGAL COUNSEL AND APPROVED FOR USE BY OR MEMBERS. THE FORMS OFFER CONSISTENCY WHICH EASES THE PROCESS OF DOING BUSINESS. WE ALSO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS. WE WANT STRICT ADHERENCE TO A REALTOR CODE OF ETHICS, AND A GRIEVANCE AND ARBITRATION PROCESS AS PROVIDED BY THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS.
