THE LAWRENCE BOARD OF REALTORS EXISTS TO SUPPORT ITS MEMBERSHIP BY PROVIDING THE SERVICES, EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES, AND INFORMATION NECESSARY TO ENHANCE THE LEVEL OF REALTOR PROFESSIONALISM, INTEGRITY, PROFITABILITY, AND SUCCESS, WHILE PROMOTING A POSITIVE REALTOR IMAGE.

MEMBERSHIP ORGANIZATION OF REALTORS IN LAWRENCE, KANSAS. WE SUPPORT OUR MEMBERSHIP BY PROVIDING THE SERVICES NECESSARY TO ENHANCE THE LEVEL OF REALTOR PROFESSIONALISM, INTEGRITY, PROFITABILITY, AND SUCCESS, WHILE PROMOTING A POSITIVE REALTOR IMAGE. WE PROVIDE OUR MEMBERS STANDARD FORMS AND CONTRACTS. THESE FORMS ARE REVIEWED BY LEGAL COUNSEL AND APPROVED FOR USE BY OR MEMBERS. THE FORMS OFFER CONSISTENCY WHICH EASES THE PROCESS OF DOING BUSINESS. WE ALSO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS. WE WANT STRICT ADHERENCE TO A REALTOR CODE OF ETHICS, AND A GRIEVANCE AND ARBITRATION PROCESS AS PROVIDED BY THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS.


THE LAWRENCE BOARD OF REALTORS PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES TO OUR MEMBERS. THIS INCLUDES CONTINUING EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT.


THE LAWRENCE BOARD OF REALTORS PROVIDES RESOURCES TO MEMBERS INCLUDING ETHICS INFORMATION AND BYLAWS, BOARD APPROVED FORMS, DOCUMENTS, AND CONTRACTS. OTHER RESOURCES INCLUDE MEMBER COMMUNICATIONSS, VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES, AND PUBLIC AWARENESS ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS WHICH EMPHASIZE THE ADVANTAGES OF WORKING WITH A REALTOR.
