OUTPATIENT DAY PROGRAM PROVIDING BASIC ALCOHOL AND DRUG ABUSE SERVICES AND SUPPORTIVE SERVICES ON LESS THAN A 24 HOUR BASIS INCLUDING EVALUATION, COUNSELING, RE-SOCIALIZATION, RECREATION, AND DISCHARGE.
