TO SUPPORT THE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS OF ITS MEMBER COLLEGES BY RECEIVING AND ACCEPTING PROPERTY TO BE ADMINISTERED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES, PRIMARILY IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION AND SUPPORT OF EDUCATION AND ENCOURAGEMENT OF UNDERGRADUATE AND ADVANCED EDUCATION PROGRAMS IN KANSAS, AND TO ASSIST SUCH PROGRAMS IN UNDERGRADUATE AND ADVANCED EDUCATION PROGRAMS IN KANSAS, AND TO ASSIST SUCH PROGRAMS IN PERFORMING THE EDUCATIONAL NEEDS OF KANSAS AND TO PROMOTE THEIR GENERAL WELFARE AND FUNDING FOR SUCH PROGRAMS.
