RENT FACILITY THAT HOUSES SOME MEMBERS OF THE ORGANIZATION AND PROVIDES MEETING FACILITIES FOR ALL MEMBERS. THE EXPERIENCE OF LIVING AND MEETING TOGETHER PROMOTES BONDS BETWEEN MEMBERS AND PROVIDES MUTUAL SUPPORT BETWEEN MEMBERS.
MEMBERS OF THE EXECUTIVE BOARD ATTEND A CONFERENCE OVER A THREE DAY PERIOD TO OBTAIN TRAINING FOR THEIR POSITIONS. THE TRAINING TEACHES THE OFFICERS HOW TO MANAGE THE ORGANIZATION AND PROVIDES THEM WITH NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES AS THEY MEET OTHER MEMBERS FROM OTHER ALPHA PHI CHAPTERS IN THEIR REGION.
ALL MEMBERS PARTICIPATE IN FORMAL RECRUITMENT TRAINING AND FORMAL RECRUITMENT THAT TAKES PLACE OVER A NUMBER OF DAYS. AS A RESULT OF THEIR EFFORTS 16 MEMBERS JOINED THE ORGANIZATION. PARTICIPATION IN RECRUITMENT ACTIVITIES PROMOTES BONDS BETWEEN MEMBERS AND TEACHES VALUABLE INTERVIEWING AND SOCIAL SKILLS.
