PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL AND LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES THAT UPHOLD THE IDEALS OF FREEDOM AND DEMOCRACY AND ENCOURAGE GOOD CITIZENSHIP AND PARTICIPATION IN GOVERNMENT.
