PCC FOUNDATION IS ORGANIZED AND OPERATED AT ALL TIMES EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE BENEFIT OF PCC COMMUNITY WELLNESS CENTER ("PCC"). PCC FOUNDATION WAS CREATED TO SEPARATE CERTAIN CONSIDERATIONS FROM PCC'S GENERAL OPERATIONS AS A FEDERALLY QUALIFIED HEALTH CENTER, INCLUDING: (1) ISOLATING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE ACTIVITIES AND LIABILITIES FROM PCC'S OVERALL CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES AND ASSETS, (2) SEPARATING CERTAIN FINANCING AND FUNDRAISING CONSIDERATIONS FROM PCC'S GENERAL OPERATIONS AS A FEDERALLY QUALIFIED HEALTH CENTER, AND (3) ALLOWING FOR MORE FINANCIAL AND FUNDRAISING TALENT TO PARTCIPATE IN PCC FUNDRAISING EFFORTS.
