FORM 990-EZ PART III LINE 28 PROGRAM SERVICE ACCOMPLISHMENTS: OUR PURPOSE IS TO ENGAGE IN EDUCATIONAL AND ADVOCACY ACTIVITIES REGARDING END-OF-LIFE HEALTH CARE OPTIONS. WE FOCUS ON RAISING AWARENESS ABOUT AND ADVOCATING FOR PATIENT-DIRECTED END-OF-LIFE CARE INCLUDING THE OPTION OF MEDICAL AID IN DYING FOR THE TERMINALLY ILL. WE WERE COMMUNITY PARTNERS FOR EVENTS FEATURING A DOCUMENTARY ABOUT MEDICAL AID IN DYING AND AN ANTHROPOLIGIST AND AUTHOR WHO TALKED ABOUT HER BOOK ABOUT ASSISTED DYING IN AMERICA. OUR EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR WAS INVITED TO GIVE TALKS TO GROUPS AS DIVERSE AS UNIVERSITY CLASSEES AND WOMENS SPEAKER FORUMS. OUR DIRECTOR OF OUTREACH HOSTED TABLES AT OHIO CONVENTIONS FOR SOCIAL WORKERS AND FAMILY PRACTICE PHYSICIANS. WE HOSTED AN ONLINE SERIES TALKING ABOUT ADVANCE PLANNING WITH A GUEST ETHICIST TO TALK ABOUT ADVANCE DIRECTIVES. WE ALSO ATTENDED THE SECOND CLINICIANS CONFERENCE FOR MEDICAL AID IN DYING WHICH WAS AN OPPORTUNITY TO KEEP UP TO DATE ON CLINICAL BEST PRACTICES AS WELL AS MEET OTHERS IN THE FIELD FROM ACROSS THE UNITED STATES. ADDITIONALLY OUR SOCIAL MEDIA CONTINUES PRESENCE TO GROW.
