DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS MANY OF THE SCHEDULED PROGRAMS HAD TO BE SUSPENDEND. VOICES OF THE CHILDREN WAS ABLE TO PUT ON THE POETRY & ART PROGRAM AND THE POEMS AND ARTWORK WERE DISPLAYED IN THE SKAGIT COUNTY COURTHOUSE. VOICES OF THE CHILDREN ALSO CREATED A CATALOG OF SKAGIT VALLEY ADULTS READING THEIR FAVORITE CHILDREN'S BOOKS TO SUPPORT TEACHERS AND THEIR TRANSITION TO ONLINE LEARNING.
