A COMMUNITY PROJECT TO RAISE FUNDS FOR A LOCAL VETERAN'S ORGANIZATION (FLAG) AS WELL AS A COUNTY AND CITY WIDE BALLOONFEST TO PROVIDE COMMUNITY AWARENESS.
