THESE PARTNERSHIPS PROVIDE THREE BASIC SERVICES: THE TRAINING OF LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS AND OTHER FIRST RESPONDERS IN PROPER METHODS OF CRISIS RESPONSE AND RESOLUTION; DEVELOPING EFFECTIVE CRISIS RESPONSE SYSTEMS; AND ADVOCATING FOR ACCESSIBLE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES AND PROGRAMING.
