COX COLLEGE IS A PRIVATE, NON-PROFIT SINGLE PURPOSE COLLEGE ACCREDITED TO PROVIDE ACADEMIC PROGRAMMING IN A VARIETY OF ALLIED HEALTH FIELDS.

INSTRUCTION: EXPENSES WERE INCURRED TO PROVIDE ACADEMIC INSTRUCTION PROGRAMS, INCLUDING TUTORIAL AND PREPARATORY/REMEDIAL INSTRUCTION. FALL 2021 HAD SOLID ENROLLMENT OF 956 STUDENTS FROM 30 DIFFERENT STATES AND A TOTAL OF 10,046 CREDIT HOURS. AT GRADUATION, 86% OF OUR GRADUATES FOR 20-21 WERE EMPLOYED PART OR FULL TIME, CONTINUING THEIR EDUCATION, ENLISTED IN MILITARY, OR PERFORMING VOLUNTEER SERVICE.
STUDENT SERVICES-EXPENSES INCURRED WERE FOR ADMISSIONS, REGISTRAR, FINANCIAL AID, AND OTHER SERVICES DESIGNED TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE STUDENT'S EMOTIONAL AND PHYSICAL WELL-BEING, AND TO HIS/HER INTELLECTUAL, CULTURAL, AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT. 1ST TO 2ND YEAR RETENTION OF NEW STUDENTS CHANGED FROM 79.9% IN ACADEMIC YEAR 2019-2020 TO 70.4% IN ACADEMIC YEAR 2020-2021. THE PANDEMIC HAS HAD IMPACTS TO HIGHER EDUCATION ACROSS THE BOARD TO MANY COLLEGES, AS EVIDENCED BY THIS CHANGE.
ACADEMIC SUPPORT: SUPPORT SERVICES EXPENSE FOR THE COLLEGE'S PRIMARY MISSION WHICH INCLUDES ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION, SUPPORT PERSONNEL, AND ADVISING. ASR HAD A 95% PASS RATE ON THE ARRTRADIOGRAPHY EXAM, MSN HAS A 91% PASS RATE ON THE AANP-FPN LICENSURE EXAM, AND MSOT HAD A 97% PASS RATE ON NBCOT OTR. ALSO, THE MOST RECENT GRADUATING CLASS NCLEX PASS RATE IS 85.25% FOR BSN.
